Marlu Martin is a solo entrepreneur who began her real estate investing career in the Miami-Dade, Florida area. The company is expanding to the South Florida region by Spring 2027.

Our specialities
Our strength is with pre-foreclosures. We offer different avenues of support. Our most sought-out source is to take over mortgage payments. This is called Subject To and the house is transferred legally to a Trust without losing home owner's credit in the process.
Our philosophy
We are changing the Real Estate Industry from the Heart outward. We believe in helping the home owners who are losing their homes by finding creative ways to keep their credit, maximize equity, assist with moving costs, and make it a win-win for us both.
